With the aim of showing historical data of the General Cemetery of Guayaquil, as well as information about its monuments, the Foundation members Dukers join a tour of the facilities of the cemetery. The tour will take place next June 14, beginning at 09:30 and is aimed at the general public. The explanation of the history of the site is the responsibility of the architect Parsival Castro Pita, historian, professor at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) and director of college French Republic. The meeting point of the walk, whose entrance is free, is at the door No. 2 general cemetery.
Attendees must wear white shirts and carrying a notebook. A week ago, students at the career of Tourism and Hospitality, Faculty of Social Communication at the University of Guayaquil and ESPOL conducted similar tours in the cemetery.
